Not only did he outplay Louis, but he outplayed Niall and Liam, and majorly outplayed Zayn (who has much more talent). Do you think he/Azoff, together with Sony played a part in making things worse for louis? So that louis can be chained and can't expose Harry and keep those pesky rumors at bay (even if they aren't together anymore) so that Harry can be "available" to the general public?
Oh, for sure! They all got outplayed. None of them had music industry power players looking out for them and fighting for them. Also, they didn’t have people to help them create an image that would work for after 1D. Maybe they weren’t working towards after 1D the entire time? Their mistake cause Harry was.
Zayn leaving actually worked in Harry’s favor…
